Graphic Overlays
Control Panel Overlays, Front Panels & Faceplates made of Lexan® Polycarbonate provide attractive front panel durability over the life cycle of your products. Graphics are sub-surface printed (printed on the underside of the clear material) to ensure the protection of the graphic from wear and abrasion. The fine matte surface provides an attractive finish without diminishing the crisp precision of graphics beneath. Complex shapes and precise cut-outs are fabricated to your overlay specifications. Overlays may incorporate clear or tinted LCD and LED windows, patterned adhesive backing, and selective gloss areas.
Custom Decal Stickers
Our most durable and premium custom sticker printing method. Screen-printed stickers have an estimated lifespan of 5-10 years. Choose from standard spot inks or custom CMYK process printing on vinyl or clear stocks, and mylars. Custom die-cut shapes are also available. The normal production time is about 2 weeks.
